Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Applications and EHR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple EHR-related projects including implementations, integrations, upgrades, and optimization
• Collaborate across departments to design, develop, document, train, and implement new data solutions and processes
• Manage analysts, training, and support teams, ensuring efficient helpdesk operations

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business; Master's preferred, with relevant experience
• 8-10+ years of experience in EHR systems design and implementation
• Proven leadership experience in process improvement and resource allocation
• Solid proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI or similar reporting environments
• Experience with healthcare technology systems and EHR platforms
