Director of EHS Operations

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and implementing corporate safety programs, the full-time remote Director of EHS Operations will manage safety initiatives, ensure compliance across the organization, and design effective EHS training solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish organizational goals and develop projects to achieve compliance with government regulations
• Oversee the implementation of safety strategies and conduct audits to ensure adherence to policies
• Develop training materials and promote employee awareness of safety requirements and hazard mitigation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related field; postgraduate degree preferred
• 10 years of EHS experience, with at least 5 years in a management role
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite Office
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
