Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled business transformation initiatives from problem identification to implementation
• Embed within functions to understand workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvement
• Build and lead a team of internal consultants to execute multiple concurrent transformation workstreams

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of relevant experience, preferably in top-tier management consulting
• Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives with measurable results
• Experience with AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams in a consulting environment
