Director of Embodied AI

Job Summary

To support the development of a new AI business line, the full-time Director of Embodied AI will lead product strategy, customer development, and data capture operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and establish partnerships with humanoid robotics companies and AI labs
• Own the roadmap for Embodied AI data products, determining data collection strategies and quality standards
• Design and operationalize data capture programs, ensuring reliable data collection and delivery

Required qualifications

• Experience building and operating AI data products or data collection programs for robotics or machine learning
• Technical fluency in AI, robotics, and data systems, with a strong understanding of computer vision and ML training pipelines
• Commercial experience in selling AI/data products and building customer partnerships
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in ambiguous environments and across various teams
• Knowledge of the physical AI landscape and its data requirements for deploying intelligent systems
