Job Summary

Leading strategic partnerships across named Platinum-tier partners in EMEA, the full-time salaried Director of EMEA Alliances will manage relationships, drive partner-impacted consumption, and oversee a team focused on joint innovation and executive alignment in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the EMEA GSI strategy across named Platinum-tier partners, building strategic relationships
• Lead partners through Databricks' platform innovations and ensure they build practices around strategic priorities
• Manage a team of EMEA partner managers, providing coaching and strategic direction while maintaining collaboration with regional leadership

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in securing and supporting strategic partnerships in EMEA within a reputable technology organization
• Track record of success in managing a team of alliance professionals and exceeding target goals
• Deep GSI relationship expertise, with experience working with partners like Accenture, Deloitte, or equivalent
• Proven ability to engage with C-Suite executives and build trust-based relationships
• Experience driving measurable partner-sourced pipeline and executing structured joint campaigns
