A company is looking for a Director, EMEA Marketing to establish and lead marketing efforts across the UK and EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the UK marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives
• Drive revenue through marketing-sourced and influenced pipelines while managing field marketing strategies
• Localise the brand narrative for the UK market and increase brand awareness among target audiences

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with significant UK market expertise
• Proven experience leading regional marketing with direct revenue accountability
• Deep experience marketing to C-level executives, preferably in HCM/HRIS
• Strong background in demand generation and performance marketing
• Experience in localising global brands for regional markets
