Director of EMEA Online Retail
Job Summary
Driving profitable growth across the company's online retail channel, the full-time Director of EMEA Online Retail will manage key partnerships with Amazon and other strategic marketplaces, develop long-term growth strategies, and lead a team to ensure best-in-class execution while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the EMEA strategy for online retail partners and marketplaces to meet revenue and growth targets
- Lead relationships with key accounts, developing customer-specific business plans and executing around critical trading periods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on commercial priorities and optimize retail media investments
Required qualifications
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L ownership and business management capabilities
- Significant experience in online retail, marketplace sales, or strategic account management within relevant industries
- Deep understanding of Amazon and major online retailer platforms and best practices
- Previous people management experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Fluent in English, with additional European languages being advantageous
