Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Employee Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of core people programs, including onboarding and employee development
- Oversee the employee engagement survey strategy and drive measurable improvements in collaboration with business leaders
- Develop leadership programs and enhance performance management practices to support high-performing teams
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in People/HR roles, with 5+ years in building and developing high-performing teams
- Experience designing and scaling employee success programs in a fast-paced startup environment
- Fluency in leveraging AI tools to improve HR processes
- Strong understanding of organizational design and people analytics
- Comfort using Workday, Culture Amp, and Atlassian platforms
