Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Employee Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of core people programs, including onboarding and employee development
  • Oversee the employee engagement survey strategy and drive measurable improvements in collaboration with business leaders
  • Develop leadership programs and enhance performance management practices to support high-performing teams
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in People/HR roles, with 5+ years in building and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience designing and scaling employee success programs in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Fluency in leveraging AI tools to improve HR processes
  • Strong understanding of organizational design and people analytics
  • Comfort using Workday, Culture Amp, and Atlassian platforms
