Job Summary
Leading the transformation of employee-facing processes, the full-time remote Director of Employee Experience Operations will enhance the employee lifecycle by streamlining onboarding, offboarding, and other HR functions while leveraging AI to improve efficiency and collaboration across teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve processes related to the employee lifecycle, focusing on friction reduction and employee feedback
- Redesign repetitive employee lifecycle tasks by integrating AI and ensuring quality, compliance, and trust
- Act as a liaison between HR, Finance, Legal, Business Technology, and Facilities to ensure cohesive process changes and representation of employee perspectives
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in HR or Financial operations, or a similar cross-functional operations role
- Proven ability to map and redesign processes for operational efficiency
- Strong cross-functional influence skills with the ability to build trust among diverse leaders
- Commitment to enhancing the employee experience through a user-centric approach
- Direct experience applying AI solutions to improve business processes
