Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute HR's technology and AI strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Define and continuously improve the digital employee experience across the full employee lifecycle
- Lead and manage the HR product management and system analyst teams, setting clear priorities and performance outcomes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 8+ years of experience in leading technology initiatives, preferably HR Technology solutions
- 5+ years of Product Management experience focused on enterprise-scale technology solutions
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a management role overseeing technology product teams
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field, or 3 years of equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 for corporate use
