Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead employee relations activities and build positive relationships across all organizational levels
  • Oversee the employee relations team and develop strategies for resolving employee and labor relations issues
  • Update, interpret, and apply employment policies and collective bargaining agreements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field required
  • Graduate degree preferred
  • Recognized human resources professional certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, etc.)
  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience in Human Resources, including employee relations and labor policy development
  • Minimum five (5) years in a managerial or supervisory capacity
