Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Employee Relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead employee relations activities and build positive relationships across all organizational levels
- Oversee the employee relations team and develop strategies for resolving employee and labor relations issues
- Update, interpret, and apply employment policies and collective bargaining agreements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field required
- Graduate degree preferred
- Recognized human resources professional certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, etc.)
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience in Human Resources, including employee relations and labor policy development
- Minimum five (5) years in a managerial or supervisory capacity
