Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Employee Relations and HR Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee employee relations and HR compliance strategies, identifying and mitigating risks
- Lead complex employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict mediation
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and update HR policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Employee Relations or HR Compliance, with at least 5 years in retail
- Expertise in multi-state employment laws and HR compliance regulations
- Proven experience in resolving complex employee relations matters
- Experience in leading teams and managing organizational change
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
