Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Employee Relations and HR Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee employee relations and HR compliance strategies, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Lead complex employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict mediation
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and update HR policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Employee Relations or HR Compliance, with at least 5 years in retail
  • Expertise in multi-state employment laws and HR compliance regulations
  • Proven experience in resolving complex employee relations matters
  • Experience in leading teams and managing organizational change
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
