Job Summary

Leading the transformation of Employee Relations into a data-centric powerhouse, the full-time remote Director of Employee Relations Systems will manage the HR Acuity platform, utilize advanced data analytics to identify trends, and deliver executive-level insights to enhance organizational health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize autonomous agents within the Agentic ER model to analyze ER data and manage HR Acuity platform configurations
  • Oversee the HR Acuity investigation platform, ensuring data integrity and maximizing feature utilization for global ER matters
  • Leverage ER data to identify behavioral trends and develop predictive models for workplace conflict and attrition
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Technology, or People Analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Mastery of HR Acuity or similar ER case management platforms; proficiency in Tableau and Slack preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to implement AI or automated workflows in HR environments
  • Proven track record of presenting data-driven insights to C-suite and Senior VP-level stakeholders
  • Ability to integrate ER data with broader HRIS datasets to uncover complex organizational correlations
