Director of Employer Engagement

Job Summary

Leading Amgen's strategy for employer engagement, the full-time remote Director of Employer Engagement will focus on transforming employer approaches to obesity treatment, shaping coverage decisions, and building strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the market access landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the national strategy to expand employer coverage of GLP-1 therapies and other products
• Establish executive-level relationships with employers and benefit consultants to influence obesity management strategies
• Monitor market trends and develop actionable strategies to enhance patient access and coverage expansion

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of Sales, Marketing, and/or Payor experience, or Master's degree and 8 years, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years in similar fields
• Deep expertise in U.S. market access with experience in employer and/or payer engagement
• Proven success in influencing coverage, reimbursement, or benefit design decisions
• Experience supporting product launches or major access initiatives
• Ability to engage with C-suite or senior external stakeholders effectively
