Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Employer Partnerships to build and scale partnerships with employers hiring program graduates.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and close employer partnerships aligned with program tracks in various industries
• Partner with state agencies to grow registered apprenticeship programs and educate employers on their benefits
• Manage employer partnership KPIs and provide market intelligence to inform program design

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in employer partnerships, business development, or workforce sales
• Proven track record of building employer hiring pipelines and closing agreements
• Familiarity with workforce development, registered apprenticeships, and employer-sponsored training models
• Experience working with HR and talent acquisition functions at large employers
• Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven pipeline management
