Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Employer Partnerships to forge and maintain strategic relationships with large employers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regional benefits brokers and consultants
  • Prospect, qualify, and close contracts with self-funded employers
  • Build relationships with municipalities and public-sector employers who self-fund their benefits
Required Qualifications
  • Proven relationships with 15-25 regional brokers and benefits consultants in New England
  • Experience in self-funded employer sales and understanding of the employer-broker-TPA relationship
  • Background in specialty benefits or healthcare, preferably in specialty pharmacy or infusion
  • Familiarity with union/Taft-Hartley benefit structures is a plus
  • Residency in New England with existing market presence in the region
