Job Summary
To drive new business growth, the full-time salaried Director of Employer Partnerships will source, develop, and close partnerships with self-insured employers and industry stakeholders while engaging directly with executive leadership teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with self-insured employers and key decision-makers
- Source opportunities through outreach, networking, and industry presence
- Lead complex sales cycles from initial conversation to contract execution
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience in healthcare solutions
- Existing relationships with Benefits Leaders, CHROs, CFOs, and brokers
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing business independently
- Experience navigating long and complex sales cycles
- Strong hunter mentality with accountability and action orientation
