Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of EMR Strategy & Informatics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of strategic EMR integrated products
• Oversee the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of EMR products across the organization
• Lead key data-driven initiatives to support clinical decision-making and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; Bachelor's degree required
• 7-10 years of experience in health informatics and electronic health record systems
• Proven track record of leading strategic EMR initiatives within a healthcare setting
• Certified Professional in Health Information Management (CPHIM) or similar certification preferred
• Experience in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and big data technologies
