Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Enablement Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing Enablement Operations team to drive innovation and excellence
• Define and execute the platform technology strategy for learning systems
• Oversee the delivery of quarterly enablement training programs tailored to business goals

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in enablement, operations, or learning technology, with 5+ years in leadership
• Experience managing enterprise learning platforms (LMS, LXP) and supporting technologies
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Learning Technologies, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Background in SaaS or technology environments preferred
