Director of Enablement Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Enablement Operations & Communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, execution, and procurement process of AI-driven systems, improving adoption and experience
• Translate strategic priorities into project plans and deliverables, managing dependencies and risks
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards to connect enablement activity to performance outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Marketing, or a related function
• Proven experience managing a sales enablement or revenue tech stack
• Strong project management background with experience in cross-functional initiatives
• Experience creating and managing internal communications for sales audiences
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels with previous leadership experience preferred
