Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Enablement, responsible for building comprehensive learning and training programs for the Growth team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute onboarding and ongoing training programs to increase velocity and conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to distribute learning assets and enhance skills and knowledge
- Identify sales process enhancements, conduct needs assessments, and evaluate ROI on learning programs
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in guiding learning and training for growth organizations
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare industry, focusing on population health management/value-based care/accountable care for provider organizations
- 5+ years of experience in building teams and managing direct reports in a rapidly changing environment
- BS/BA degree required
- Masters or MBA degree preferred
