Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop Encompass Administration and Loan Support teams, ensuring accountability and performance
Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to create scalable technical solutions
Oversee platform integrations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance processes

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Encompass
3+ years of management experience
Experience in project-based delivery and production support environments
Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, ITIL, or similar delivery frameworks
Knowledge of mortgage operations and the end-to-end loan lifecycle
