Job Summary

Driving the energy storage business, the full-time salaried Director of Energy Storage Development will identify new markets, optimize storage configurations, and assist in project development strategies while working remotely from any location in the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and shape energy storage markets for the company
• Engage with vendors to determine optimal energy storage products and configurations
• Assist in negotiating contracts and managing project proposals for energy storage initiatives

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in energy storage projects across various US markets
• Deep understanding of the environmental and utility regulatory landscape
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a team setting
