Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engagement to drive utilization of telehealth services and enhance client retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute data-driven CRM strategies for customer engagement and lifecycle management
  • Define and manage customer cohorts, identifying engagement barriers and improving CRM performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication channels and develop multi-channel engagement programs


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement
  • Experience in healthcare or telehealth is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for segmentation and targeting
  • Familiarity with behavioral science principles in marketing or customer experience
