Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Engagement to drive utilization of telehealth services and enhance client retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute data-driven CRM strategies for customer engagement and lifecycle management
- Define and manage customer cohorts, identifying engagement barriers and improving CRM performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication channels and develop multi-channel engagement programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement
- Experience in healthcare or telehealth is highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for segmentation and targeting
- Familiarity with behavioral science principles in marketing or customer experience
