A company is looking for a Director of Engagement Integrated Strategy to join their Client Engagement team in a senior leadership capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a dedicated portfolio of clients and lead strategic partnerships and relationships
• Architect projects by translating ambiguous client goals into structured, executable strategies
• Oversee strategic direction and health of client programs, ensuring alignment and quality across disciplines

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant agency experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs
• Broad, deep cross-disciplinary knowledge in digital strategy, web and UX, content, communications, and marketing
• Strong strategic architecture skills to define scope and build frameworks for execution
• Proven client relationship instincts with the ability to build trust and provide thoughtful counsel
• Intellectual range to engage with various topics and adapt to complexity
