Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director - Engineered Solutions & Training and Resource Solutions, EMEA and LATAM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed regional targets for orders, margin, and pipeline growth
• Lead the sales funnel process from opportunity identification to contract closure
• Manage negotiations with clients and ensure alignment with internal teams

Qualifications:

• 15 years of experience in the nuclear utilities sector with team management experience
• Technical leadership with business development skills
• Experience interfacing with customers on commercial and technical matters
• Familiarity with nuclear plant operations and buying processes
• Fluent in English
