Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing engineering teams, with experience leading managers
• Proven track record of scaling engineering organizations and managing 40+ engineers
• Direct experience in regulated industries, preferably healthcare software solutions
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of how engineering decisions impact company strategy
