Director of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead engineering and maintenance operations across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for engineering and maintenance operations across multiple facilities
• Develop and implement standardized preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability
• Oversee plant infrastructure and lead capital planning and equipment strategy, including facility upgrades and automation initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering or maintenance leadership experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Multi-site engineering or maintenance leadership experience preferred
• Experience with industrial laundry, textile processing, or high-volume manufacturing environments strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and reliability engineering practices
