Key Responsibilities

• Set technical direction and own the multi-quarter roadmap for simulation, rendering, and content
• Guide the technical evolution of the platform incorporating advanced rendering and content techniques
• Manage and develop the team, ensuring high performance and effective collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven track record in real-time rendering, simulation, or related graphics-heavy domains
• Experience leading teams through significant technical changes
• Strong technical judgment in rendering architecture and performance trade-offs
• Artistic sensibility with the ability to collaborate effectively with artists and engineers
