Director of Engineering

Job Summary

Leading engineering execution and operational excellence, the full-time salaried Director of Engineering will manage a team at WebRezPro, focusing on delivering high-quality software solutions, enhancing platform reliability, and driving the adoption of AI practices in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end engineering execution, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with product roadmaps
• Establish standards for code quality, system performance, and implement best practices for operational readiness
• Directly manage and develop engineering teams, driving recruiting, onboarding, and performance management

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in engineering leadership
• Experience leading multiple teams or products within a SaaS environment
• Proven track record in delivering scalable, customer-facing software platforms
• Background in vertical SaaS, SMB software, or payments-adjacent platforms
• Experience with platform modernization and implementing AI-enabled product capabilities
