Director of Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic engineering team, the full-time Director of Engineering will guide the development of innovative software solutions, enhance developer experiences, and ensure collaboration across teams in a hybrid or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute the engineering roadmap to improve processes and deliver exceptional developer experiences
• Mentor and grow engineering managers and technical leads while overseeing the delivery of scalable software systems
• Drive design and integration of Bid-to-Bill solutions to support energy market workflows, ensuring alignment across trading and compliance processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience managing small teams and building complex products in an agile environment
• Strong background in software development, architecture, and modern technology stacks
• Proven success in scaling high-performing engineering teams and balancing strategic vision with tactical execution
