Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead the engineering teams that build hospital pharmacy software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead three teams of product engineers to build SaaS products for hospital customers
Improve communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders
Own design and implementation of roadmap capabilities and participate in technical and code reviews

Qualifications:

Decade+ experience building Enterprise SaaS products
Experience leading high performing remote-first product teams
Proven track record of building sustainable engineering organizations
Experience building cross functional teams and high-trust relationships with product peers
Well-versed in AWS cloud-first architectures and scaling components
