Key Responsibilities:

• Directly oversee and manage multiple engineering managers
• Be strategic and tactical in setting guidance and vision for the team

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in an Engineering leadership role
• Experience in programmatic advertising ecosystem and industry concepts
• Strong understanding of application architecture and infrastructure
• Eye for performance and page speed in the web space
