Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Engineering & Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
- Drive high-velocity software development and oversee IT operations to ensure secure and efficient infrastructure
- Define and execute a technical roadmap while implementing engineering best practices and mentoring engineering talent
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering
- 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams
- Strong hands-on technical background in modern cloud architectures and security best practices
- Deep knowledge of IT operations and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR)
- Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices
