Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
• Drive high-velocity software development and oversee IT operations to ensure secure and efficient infrastructure
• Define and execute a technical roadmap while implementing engineering best practices and mentoring engineering talent

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering
• 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams
• Strong hands-on technical background in modern cloud architectures and security best practices
• Deep knowledge of IT operations and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR)
• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices
