Director of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of R&D and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's R&D and engineering initiatives, driving innovation in EV and charging technologies
• Oversee research and development efforts in EV charging, interoperability, and vehicle technology
• Manage the evaluation of asset performance and user experience to guide product improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in Automotive Engineering and product design and development
• At least 4 years of experience managing technical professionals in engineering and R&D
• Proven experience in electric vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of Testing and Validation Process
