Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering, Advertising Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the engineering strategy for advertising technology platforms
• Lead architecture and technical direction across core components including ad serving systems and programmatic pipelines
• Manage and mentor engineering teams while fostering a high-performance culture

Required Qualifications

• At least a 2-year post-secondary credential in software engineering, computer science, or a related field
• A minimum of 7 years of work experience in software or web development, with at least 3 years in a senior engineering management role
• Prior experience overseeing high-scale advertising technology platforms
• Demonstrated expertise in managing teams with modern programming technologies and cloud environments
• Understanding of data privacy regulations as they apply to advertising systems
