Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering - Reporting & UI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow engineering teams focused on User Interfaces and Data Reporting
• Define technical direction and elevate engineering standards for user-facing and data visualization platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and ensure timely project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of overall experience in software engineering
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role overseeing multiple teams
• Hands-on experience with Golang, HTMX, Python, or equivalent technologies
• Proven track record of rearchitecting and scaling complex products in production environments
