Director of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering - Analytics SRE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team for analytical platforms
• Define and implement SRE principles, including SLAs/SLOs and incident management
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure scalable and resilient data platforms

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems and large-scale databases
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools
• Demonstrated knowledge of major cloud providers
• Proven ability to lead teams in complex, production-critical environments
