Key Responsibilities

• Support team members through goal-setting, professional development, and mentoring
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, customer-focused software products through design, development, testing, and operations
• Hire and build a team of engineers and managers while facilitating collaboration across functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role and 8+ years in software engineering
• At least 2 years of experience managing Software Engineering Managers
• Proven track record of delivering customer solutions and enabling product and engineering teams
• Strong computer science foundation
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and across different stages of product lifecycle
