• Own the Fleet Management Delivery Platform, ensuring it meets reliability targets and business requirements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development, leading small teams
• Experience in growing and managing technically advanced engineering teams
• 4+ years of experience building large-scale, distributed systems
• Solid understanding of concurrency, fault tolerance, and event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with cloud services and containerization is a plus
