Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on leading small teams
• Experience in full-stack development with a strong background in JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies
• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development, particularly with frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js
• Proven track record in managing and growing technically advanced engineering teams
• Experience collaborating with external partners and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives
