• 12+ years of software engineering experience
• 4+ years of management experience with 2+ years managing managers
• Proven success in delivering new software products to market
• Strong commercial intuition with experience aligning technical practices to business objectives
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
