Director of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering, Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and grow a high-performing engineering organization
• Develop and execute technical and organizational strategies focused on scalability and client experience improvements
• Directly manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment between engineering teams and business partners

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership, with at least 5+ years at or above the senior manager level
• Strong track record of building, scaling, and leading engineering organizations
• Expertise in change management and talent development
• Understanding of modern software development practices, including Agile and CI/CD
• Ability to define and drive technical strategy and organizational outcomes
