Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Engineering, Insurance Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute a multi-year engineering vision and strategy
• Deliver customer-focused solutions that enhance growth and improve gross loss ratios
• Champion AI utilization to modernize workflows and develop a leading insurance platform

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
• 15+ years in progressively responsible technology roles focused on insurance
• Minimum 5 years in technology leadership within a property and casualty insurer
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing multiple software product development teams
• Experience with modern cloud-native architectures and technologies is a plus
