Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions to drive customer impact
• Collaborate with product management, design, and stakeholders to define and prioritize features and requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3-5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in building and managing high-performing engineering teams
• Strong understanding of Observability and Service Ownership
• Experience working directly with early adopter customers in fast-paced implementations
