Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Design, Product, and Engineering teams to develop foundational components for product engineering
• Lead multiple teams to deliver consistent and sustainable results while maintaining high execution and quality standards
• Identify and lead strategic initiatives that align engineering capabilities with business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering leadership experience in high-growth environments
• Experience leading and scaling engineering organizations of 35+ members
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of platform principles for product innovation
• Proven decision-making skills balancing ambiguity, data, speed, and quality
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
