Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for data platforms, machine learning, and AI capabilities
• Lead a team across data engineering, machine learning, infrastructure, and data science

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data infrastructure, platform engineering, or machine learning
• 5+ years of people management experience, preferably managing managers
• Proven track record of delivering business impact through collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Experience in evolving data platforms and ML systems in fast-paced environments
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps
