Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead and scale product-focused engineering teams in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion engineering excellence and continuous development within the team culture
• Lead and grow multiple cross-functional engineering teams, promoting ownership and connection in a remote setting
• Partner with various teams to deliver roadmap priorities while ensuring architectural cohesion and scalable practices

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in a senior engineering leadership role managing 40+ engineers
• Proven success in scaling teams delivering high-growth PLG SaaS products
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Deep hands-on experience in both backend and frontend development with a solid understanding of software architecture
• Strong familiarity with Agile, Kanban, or Shape Up methodologies
