Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering, Product Foundations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision and long-term strategy for the Product Foundations organization
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineering managers and staff
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to identify core needs and create strategic paths for foundational systems

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in leadership roles building core product systems
• 5+ years of experience directly managing engineering teams
• 2+ years of experience managing managers
• Experience leading organizations of 30+ people
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
