Director of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering, Sensor Quality (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a quality engineering strategy focused on customer environments and comprehensive testing
• Build and oversee a test framework for end-to-end validation of OS/kernel interactions and application compatibility
• Lead teams in performance and longevity testing, ensuring minimal system overhead and endpoint stability

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in quality engineering, with at least 10 years in leadership roles
• Proven expertise in developing end-to-end quality assurance strategies and testing frameworks
• Hands-on experience with test automation and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and security testing is highly preferred
